Be a volunteer with MIFACIG |

With our resource center activities and our goals of improving the lives of rural communities through better farming techniques, MIFACIG recognizes the importance of volunteers both national and international. Lately, we have had some volunteers coming for short periods to help us. It has been a great experience and we wish for more interested people to join us. It is with open arms therefore that we invite you to join us achieve our goals. We welcome volunteers from all walks of life who feel a strong desire to help us achieve better results in our work.
Volunteer position. At MIFACIG we believe that as a volunteer, you are not bound to us, your decision to help us is based on your freewill. MIFACIG as an organization is not able to pay you for your services. At the moment, we are focused on helping farmers and farmers for the future better their farming techniques and profit from the yield in their farm. Consequently we are looking for volunteers interested in the following.
- Enterprise Development for farmers - Fundraising for realizing of our operational plan 2009-2013 - Bee keeping and marketing of bee products - Marketing of MIFACIG Resource Center - Internship in any of our center domains. - Community outreach tree planting for the future. - Horticultural activities with youths in primary and secondary schools - Eco-tourism development
However if you have a particular project in mind which you think might benefit our community and is in line with MIFACIG work, please feel free to write to our MIFACIG coordinator Kuh Emmanuel e.kuh@mifacig.org who has the overall vision of the situation and will help you fit in.
